      Pros

      Simplus is committed to excellence from the bottom to the top. Simplus walks the walk. As an organization, everyone is committed to pushing limits (in a good way) to be the absolute best at everything they do - hiring people with fire and passion and enabling them to act on them. Entrepreneurial fire, passion for excellence, and the smarts and pragmatism to execute.

      Cons

      As with any growing organization, direction can change on a dime and sometimes processes are unclear. I don't see this as a con, really, as I thrive on change and challenge. Simplus relies on its people to help steer direction, define and refine best practices, as we navigate our way to be the best in the world. It's not for everyone.

      Fast push to fill seats. Current employees not getting attention/ assistance

      Pros

      Good place to work if you are in a management position or you are early career. Much more difficult to make an impact in the middle.

      Cons

      Large communication divide between employee management and PM's. This is impacting the work and adding confusion to projects and career growth.

      Pros

      Love the management here! They are easy to talk to and really care about you and your life outside of work! Also, UNLIMITED PTO is a huge plus! Who doesn't like that? It's also fun to see the company growing so fast! Love being apart of the growth!

      Cons

      A lot of people work remotely so it is a little hard to get to know people. We do have weekly meetings which definitely help to keep us closer!
