      Pros

      Simplus is a family oriented organization. I love the way employees are being treated here so far. Simplus knows how to appreciate their employees and for me, it is one of the best things you can give to anyone.

      Cons

      Somehow people might misinterpret you for favoring a specific person despite of the flaws of scenario.
