Zero, free coffee that tastes like doodoo

Cons

Too many to list- -Dysfunctional management -Agents who will try to go out of their way to make you hate your job and get fired -upper management who views you as a number, not a human being -trainings that don't help you but waste time -incompetent staff -car cleaners who will get pissed at you and curse you out because you did nothing wrong -worst company in north america -gaslighting -they will do everything to make you hate your job -hope this company goes bankrupt -reverse discrimination is the norm

Customers love the company they’ll be excited to see you.

Cons

You run out of desired vehicles fast while still accepting reservations for that class it can create angry customer. Sales incentives change periodically so does leaderships stance on the way things are done.
