Pros

The commission for working at Sixt is generous. Work hard and you'll be rewarded. If you're struggling to find a job and you have a license they're good for giving you a chance.

Cons

Some of the customers are a real pain. You have to be good with dealing with the worst of people.

Pros

Great entry level position for young inspired, and hungry sales people. Plenty of opportunity to make sales through out the day.

Cons

Some days we were severely under staffed. The pay structure changes on a month to month basis increasing the level of difficulty to hit your quota. The job wasn't very hard but draining to deal with customer complaints. You will constantly have issues with meeting customer expectation. The hours were all over the place you are more likely to work from 4pm to 12am or 5pm to 1am. The Am shift are most likely reserved for Senior employees.
