Pros

Commission structure is always changing. Can be very good money but it is all dependant on you (I mean everything).

Cons

No work life balance. Management ranges from very poor to average at best. No overtime, and you will end up working for free just to get things in order.

Pros

Base plus Commissions, commissions are amazing!!! Vacation time, it’s a foreign company so lots of vacay time!!! Cute outfits made by Prada!!! Wonderful management and coworkers.

Cons

Running out of vehicles and informing customers they need to wait. Lack of water resources in California to keep vehicles clean especially in the fall/winter when they get really dirty. People smoking in their cars, can’t rent them back out, smoke outside the cars people!!
