Pros

Buenas comisionesde venta, pero mucha presión. Hablan de mirar por el empleado pero solo les interesas mientras los números salgan. Si te salen, todo bien.

Cons

Presión, falsa preocupación, ambiente tóxico

Pros

You get a bonus every month, and the colleagues are very friendly and helpful.

Cons

No official lunches or breaks, no flexibility (only in their favor aka overtime), bad overtime pay, bad planning from management, understaffed, bad chances of working you way up to a promotion, bad salary compared to competitors, way more tasks done at the front desk compared to competitors. They also hated the idea of unionizing.
