Pros

You can earn good money if you are a good seller. If you do not like screwing people or being scamy, this is less of a job for you.

Cons

The recent management of Sixt in Belgium is very disorganized and inefficient. There have been a lot of changes to reduce the commissions that employers were earning. Always read carefully your paychecks, they make a lot of mistakes and pay incorrectly. In general, very disrespectful, toxic environment.
