Pros

Uncapped provision, interesting day to day activity, learning opportunities, partial time flexibility (depends on how good you are with the branch manager)

Cons

Bad communication, no support from management, terrible work atmosphere, crazy working hours, older coworkers gossip a lot and compete unfairly and trick customers...

Pros

There is money to be made , a great job if you are constantly looking to earn high bonuses and be rewarded for meeting targets and making sales. I’ve worked at many places in the past and by far this is definitely the most rewarding.

Cons

Honestly apart from the fact the uniform is a bit too orange, there is no cons.

Pros

One of the obvious pros is the possible commission potential you have, ability to see so many nice cars and even drive some. Meeting people from every corner of the globe isn't too shabby either keeping things interesting (airport specific mostly)

Cons

Fleet is our major area in need of improvement, your bonus is affected by people liking the car you gave them or not and when you have to give mini busses to people who booked compact cars there is obviously going to be friction. meaning the company makes the same amount but takes some from my pocket for their poor planning . The culture from higher management is a joke sometimes push push pushing for one KPI whilst telling you to let the other slip one week then telling you how could you let this KPI slip. We are promised daily weekly monthly that new cars are coming and this will fix the issue but then as soon as we have infleets these are taken by other branches or managers as their company car leaving us as bad as we started or worse usually giving us a car that needs servicing taking yet another one off the road.
