1) Learning wise it's great 2) Peers are very supportive, they understand you well 3) Leaders are effective & very open to discussions/ideas, irrespective of what level you are at 4) Work-life balance has been good so far 5) Opportunity to travel outside India 6) Office workspace looks amazing 7) Employee recognition & benefits are pretty good Overall, its a good experience working here at SIXT

I’ve spent years with this company and they do not care about their employees at all. They keep raising Customer survey expectation scores so they can eat your commission alive . They only care about their money and taking your hard earned money from you . No room for growth.
