Fast, very quick decision-making. Owners know their business and are very involved. great marketing and corporate identity. Great people to work with.

Cons

Basics missing such as workforce to tackle workload. High expectations concerning performance with constantly high pressure. Rewards and recognition as well as development opportunities in higher positions very low. Also- no equal pay policy as well as female representation in upper management.
