I'm working at Sixt for more than 2 years now and my experience is so far mostly positive. Company supports and encourages you to grow. On contrary to most companies there is start-up atmosphere here. You can reach anyone at any level with ease. But you get all the corporate benefits.

Cons

Working cross location is great but it comes with it's own challenges. There is definitely some space for improvements there.
