      -Exposure to the German team/work culture.

      Cons

      - There is a lot of dirty politics and bad mouthing behind your back. Can't trust anyone. - Lots of grunt work...you will be exploited and later your efforts will go waste - Management is not bothered about employee's mental hygiene, as long as they get their work done -Looks like the HQ in Germany is doing all the ground work. Sole purpose of India centre is to get in on all the action somehow, and siphon off the company profits
