Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad you enjoy workin with our luxury fleet, as well as our luxury team members! During the interview process, we do stress the need for a flexible schedule in order to efficiently handle the needs of the branches. We also conduct quarterly surveys where we would love to hear more in depth feedback. You may also contact your HR business partner on direct concerns or rooms for improvement. Thank you again and we wish you continued success here at SIXT!

Thank you for taking the time and letting us know your experience working with us. We appreciate your honest feedback and are working towards improving the communication aspect both ways (Employee-Manager). A few of the things which you have highlighted on dependency are being addressed in a phased manner. Being a global organization it is essential we have acceptance all round and as a result, certain things could have been delayed in the past. However, we are looking into this carefully and resolving it in the long run. On another note, we would like to let you know we imbibe a strong performance led culture. We have always been open to change and have promoted the best talent. We have at least had around 15% of the overall organization getting promoted for the good work. We also witnessed a few career transitions. Eg. Promoted a Scrum Master to Product Owner/Promoted SDET to SDE etc which ensures we value individual growth. It is pleasing to hear on other positives and we would strive to do more for a better journey with us. Thank you once again!

Pros

Sixt India is an organization that is on its way to make changes that reflect positively on the employees and work culture. The biggest perks of working at this company are: 1, Work-life balance. 2, Interesting Benefits. 3, Internal committees for learning, fun, tech and others. They give opportunity to stay involved and earn recognition for the same. 4, Frequent rewards and recognition practices: Quarterly P2P awards, spot awards and special mentions. 5, Transport facility. 6, Few inspiring leaders and performers that motivate and raise the bar. 7, Evolving attitude: Introduction of new leave policies and equal opportunity employer.

Cons

1, Need more women leaders. 2, A small-sized organization making noise in its own way that needs internal involvement for better presence in the tech world.
