SIXT consistently seeks to challenge employees to improve both personally and professionally. In terms of flexibility, we also are accommodating to school schedules. SIXT also encourages the idea of 'SIXT family' where the people working with you are not just your coworkers. Patience may be necessary for certain promotions; however, we do encourage internal employees to continually express interest and apply to these roles as they become available.
