Pros

People are great, a lot of corporate support and a learning based culture. Promotions based on performance. Not overly Bureaucratic, always adapting to new changes.

Cons

IT support could be streamlined, hard to know what department head to contact for some issues unless you know who exactly works that particular area.

Endless opportunities for growth after 6 months of employment.

Cons

CES survey affecting commission when rating is low when customers have issues with other parts of the rental experience rather than the quality of service provided by the agent.
