Pros

Management from the ground all the way up the chain was very solution oriented and highly valued the shared experiences of front line workers along side data driven analysis. You always felt heard and solutions always involved the people that would be implementing them.

Cons

The vertical ladder of managers was very long and getting important issues above the branch managers was often very long winded. 24 hour locations had high turnover for early morning and overnight positions, which made some operational procedures difficult to maintain.

Pros

Everyone have talent but identify them was lagging in most organisation or with most managers. Sixt stands apart from this, finding talent in everyone is sixt culture. It's a place to learn on how to showcase the hidden talents within us along with a freedom to breath during the process. Great place for those who wish to set a career.

Cons

Cons are always there in every organisation but when focused on something exciting we might not feel the lag. Ride always depends on how we drive on a hilly road.

Great co-workers and family experience. PTO, bonus is given. Easy training that guides you on what they are expecting from you to learn and apply.

Cons

Low pay for all the hard work. Sometimes supervisors are not responsible in solving tasks.
