Communication sucks, it’s known and acknowledged that everyone is underpaid, retention was terrible before the pandemic. Everything is so incredibly high pressure and not worth it for the pay. In last 4 months alone CEO and COO booted. During layoffs so many people got cut. Not one German that i was aware of....
