      Company was a lot of fun Pre pandemic but with all the fun events cancelled it’s been a slow grind the last few months.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, pay was good before pandemic. They invest a lot of energy into ongoing training.

      Cons

      Poor communication from different departments to the branches. A lot of expectation changes and in some places micromanaging managers can be frustrating. It’s fun if you have good front line staff and a good manager. Otherwise it’s really frustrating. 401k matching was taken away and they changed/removed a lot of bonuses since March.

      You learn a lot. Good trainees and possibilities to work abroad. Good commissions

      Cons

      Shifts too long, too low basic salary and horrible and uncomfortable uniforms.
