6yHi there, thank you for your review! We revamped our benefits package and included more employee perks. We are glad you enjoyed the SIXT culture. During the interview, we hone in on the fact that for certain roles, a flexible schedule is necessary. We also offer a base plus commission compensation for our sales roles. There are many opportunities to advance in the company and all are given equal access to advance.
