We are happy to hear you enjoy the perks of our employee benefits. We work hard to ensure we provide a competitive benefits and compensation package for our great employees! We're sorry to hear you don't believe there is much promotion options. Sixt is growing rapidly and gaining larger market share in the rental car business. This means we have the opportunity to promote our greatest talent. Best of luck!

Hi! Thanks for your review! Our company has grown a lot since we first opened in the United States almost 7 years ago. We are proud of what we have accomplished and how much we have improved since then. We hope you continue to enjoy our Sixt culture!

Pros

Nothing. The company looks decent from outside to people who don't know Munich's job market.

Cons

Everything. Terrible working environment, politics, high employee turnover but also hire and fire policy. Lies, lies, lies and colleagues who are always fighting with each other. Managers who think that they are CEOs, Powerpoint software architects and developers who pollute teams with their presence. HR who cannot do a simple task correctly.
