Great work environment for those who love to always be busy and love a good fun work place. You are also in charge of what you want to make so I love that there is no cap.

Cons

No signal in our location. It’s hard to communicate with team when they are outside with vehicles or customers.

Hi there, thank you for your review. Starting in Germany in 1912, SIXT has expanded to over 100 countries, coming to the US in 2011. Due to the relatively newness of SIXT in the US, there are challenges; however, they allow our employees the opportunity to truly grow. Since this review, we have revamped our on-boarding process and we continually have training courses to help our employees be equipped with the knowledge to succeed. Family owned and it feels like it. Having been in the industry for quite some time with a variety of companies I can unequivocally say that Sixt is like a breath fresh air, where the value is put on the employee more so than anything else.

Cons

No real negatives to speak of.
