Pros

Starting pay not bad, good place to build resume with supervisory experience from dealing with contractors. If you’re an auto enthusiast you will enjoy this job seeing as you’ll be spending a lot of time around the newest luxury car models. Coworkers were great.

Cons

Hourly with overtime gets paid more than managers. Taking a promotion will force you to take a pay cut.

Pros

There is huge room for promotion and improvement at Sixt. I feel secure in my position, and well balanced with my personal life. I believe that Sixt is here to stay and grow to become one of the largest companies in the US.

Cons

Public call out Emails or similar. Often mistakes are received by creating an email that goes to every coworker and feel degrading.
