Working at Sixt is nice, it is a great multinational enterprise extremely profitable.

Cons

To work in operations is for people who likes being in constant movement, hard workers. If you are not one of those, leave it.

I started at the company as a graduate and have worked my way up the ladder. So many opportunities to develop and grow. A company which really does reward its employees and a great 'family' feel to the company.
