Customers can be harsh at time but most are wonderful and excited to rent from Sixt.

Best company I've worked for but a couple things could make it better.

I love that we can travel between branches to work or train.

Cons

I wish employees didn't have to put a deposit down since we are employees and technically you hold our checks until end of pay period. Second it would be nice to have a employee purchase program for employees to but sale cars. Should also have compensation for commutes over a certain distance.

Pay could be better but it's not bad. Training but it was improving drastically.
