Pros

Provided me with selling skills. You are allowed to work as much overtime as you would like.

Cons

Management is horrible. Managers try their best to not do their job. Instead pass on their tasks to a less qualified employees. If you get on a managers bad side or speak your mind then beware because your job will be in jeopardy. Sixt tends to only hire really young girls probably because the pay is so low. The commission does not really help either.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that the Rental Sales Agent role provided you with valuable selling techniques and the satisfactory amount of hours that you desired. In regards to your concerns, Sixt prides itself on being a very diverse organization when it comes to age and gender. Additionally, our commission structure is very lucrative and can offer a great earning potential for our RSA’s. We even benchmark salaries each year to make sure that we are staying competitive within our industry. We realize that you addressed many concerns regarding management. We strive to have a very welcoming and positive environment for all of our employees and will definitely investigate this issue further. Pros

Pay and commission was good. My coworkers were really helpful when I needed help. I got to test drive some really nice cars.

Cons

Not enough training. The rental car software was not user friendly, it often crashed. Managers were so hard to track down. There was no designated employee parking and it was such a hassle finding street parking in that location.

We are pleased to know that you enjoy the commission structure and team oriented environment at your current branch! Unfortunately, this is a Franchise location and our corporate team does not handle training, etc. We apologize for the inconsistences that you are experiencing. We will be looking into this.

Pros

Autonomy to work on your own. Control over your day based on where support is needed.

Cons

Lack of unison with Germany on structure. Ever- changing bonus schemes unrelated to the position.

Thank you for writing a review for Sixt. We are happy to hear that you enjoy the autonomy and control that the Regional Sales Performance Manager position provides. To address your concerns, bonus schemes are implemented to benefit the employee and are changed to make improvements that will challenge and reward our sales team. If you have further concerns, we encourage you to contact your local UK Human Resource department.
