Uncapped provision, interesting day to day activity, learning opportunities, partial time flexibility (depends on how good you are with the branch manager)

Cons

Bad communication, no support from management, terrible work atmosphere, crazy working hours, older coworkers gossip a lot and compete unfairly and trick customers...

Great place to work, but depends on a team.

Cons

Toxic env within the team, easily offended teammates (depends on a team). Unproductive one-on-ones, quite outdated documentation in confluence wiki, no technological divercity.
