Pros

Company has great benefits and structure model. Great Manager.

Cons

Insufficient incentive pay, alot of the upsells make the company money and give you a tiny taste. If you are at a prime location such as an airport you can make pretty good money. But the smaller branches doesnt offer the same opportunities and steady business. Hopefully somebody looks into the employee pay and adjusts it.

best opportunity I ever stumbled upon

Pros

Lots of opportunities to move up, as a new company to the US there is a lot of growth so there is always a chance to move up or somewhere new. They are really open to new ideas and will act on good ones, not like other companies that say they are but never act on them. Majority of employees are very young so it makes a fun atmosphere but there is plenty of upper management that have been in the car rental business long enough to give great advice when you need it.

Cons

Because it is new they are still trying to get everything settled so there seems to always be things/people shifting around, so when you are trying to find out an answer to a specific question it can be hard to find the right person to get the right answer.

High speed, high energy

Pros

From my first day on, colleagues have been incredibly helpful. There is a training for new employees which helps to get a good overview about the company, afterwards everyone gets their own mentor who helps new employees out during the first weeks and answers all upcoming questions. Everybody is working on a high speed, decisions are made quickly and there is lots of room for new ideas.

Cons

It'd be great if working hours were more flexible.
