Pros

You can easily get offered benefit anywhere else.

Cons

This company will squeeze last drop of blood from your body. Company will keep saying they follow the best standards but in reality they don't care for anyone. Believe me this is the last place you want to work for. They try to hire you with any sugar coated promises. Once you are in you will beat your head. This is the worst decision you have ever taken.

Pros

1.Easy job 2. Good exposure to global markets and strong business fundamentals 3. Strong business team, they know what they are doing 4. The German colleagues are result oriented. A very professional group of people, but not that much in India sadly. 5. If you are not much growth minded then a good company for long term as the business is stable and not much pace, so good work-life balance as well. 6. Well placed in the market compared to competitors.

Cons

1. Not for the ambitious kind, and especially not for those who want to work with technology. 2. More of a service-oriented mindset in the engineers and the leadership in India, the leadership also fails to excite the teams with good vision. Many good resources have left the organization even though a pandemic is going on, so you can understand the level of frustration in the juniors rugs or with people who want to do good. 3. Most products are just executed and not many things to discuss or ideate. The brain cells don't need to be used here, so that's the best part of working here. 4. There is no transparency and proper feedback from the managers wrt to growth and promotions. It makes you wonder that one needs to butter the top to get promoted or growth here. 5. Even during the pandemic, the management did not think of any way to help set up a better environment for work at home (not monetarily, even well being wise), rather only longer hours and more work without any recognition, so a company that likes to save each Rupee, in everything. - Promotions, bonuses, employee engagement, and well-being. Overall - Don't join here if you want to grow quickly, be recognized for your efforts or contributions, and want to work on good products. Basically, it's another job. Not a career.
