I've experienced a high-pressure working environment at Sixt's headquarters, and there have been challenges with the management practices. It seems that career growth is primarily determined by the number of years employees have spent at Sixt, rather than their skills and expertise.

Too high fluctuation rate, too many too new colleagues. Missing knowledge handovers, missing team spirit and team culture
