Total inclusiveness - a genuine desire from C suite to build a company where everyone is respected, valued and involved. Work with a product that customers love. Live and breathe our product every day.

Cons

Some growing pains still exist, but most have been addressed in the last two years. Marketing is the last domino to fall and great progress has been made there.

Slack really cares about the people that work here. They do every effort to make sure that you are valued and comfortable in performing your job. The company has an amazing culture and collaborative way of working. The product itself helps with the process and the way things work inside the organization. I'm amazed by transparent communication at all levels and how management is involved and takes feedback very seriously.

Cons

Normal growing pains of a company that is so new and is disrupting the market.
