Pros
Some brilliant can do people with a culture that is changing for the better in every way. I have employed some great people into the company who have created a fresh and lively atmosphere. The products a brilliantly engineered compared to places I've worked in before and the company has leadership that most believe in. There is a focus on building the company on customer success and customer value.
Cons
There is a tiny minority of people who just can't see (or won't see) the positives of changing a business into a modern, customer focused organisation - this might get in the way. The quality bar is very high - great for customers, some inside might find it a lot of pressure.
