      Pros

      People are generally easy going and nice. There are people there who are very good at what they do, but it's not cutting edge technology for sure.

      Cons

      It's mostly legacy technology with a few attempts at integrating something new which take forever. Growth is based around how close you are with your line manager and happens only when the manager decides. There are no official growth cycles. The salary is below average.
