      Culture of cost cutting

      Company used to be very focused on work life balance, though I do not see much left of this

      Cons

      Below average salary. High workload due to constant hiring freezes with no hope in sight of workload being reduced. Financial results never really improving. Bogus presentations to raise morale where you will be bombarded with figures of speech such as "we must stay laser focused" or "don't sit on the fence" but very little actual usable strategy communicated. Higher management does not give the impression they know what they are doing.

      Israel branch is an Head Hunter company

      Part of global Software AG company

      Cons

      Global Software AG seems like a good company to work for. Working for the Israeli branch, however, especially if you work at a client site, is like working for a head-hunter company (which they used to be before Software AG bought them). No global company culture, management still behave as if this is the old head hunter company. Once you're at a client site no one really cares about you, and you can't really take advantage of many of the perks and benefits of being part of the company.
