      Over hours are paid in from of leave, bonus on sales, motivation through competition, yearly events, education possibilities, after time you are family

      Cons

      As a young employer you have to be flexible, they can transfer you in any branch and the fuel expenses are on you, some colleges in the upper level can take advantage of you
