      Team is great, you get great support. Training is good.

      For now, still able to WFH (but pushing now for 2x week in office), benefits

      Cons

      New leadership equals cancelled projects and layoffs. Constant re-orgs not well thought out. Push to deliver faster, but painfully slow at decisions. Promises of opportunity dangled in front of you for years, only to go away with no acknowledgment, you'll waste important career years here.
