Pros

- amazing benefits - pension matching & cash-out options

Cons

- micromanaged (must hit 40 outbounds and 10 inbounds with 2.5 hours of talking minimum a day, regardless of what client needs were via email etc.) - only 2 team members were allowed at a time to have time off and tenured reps always had priority for time off and this is selected at the beginning of each calendar year, meaning December/popular times for vacation were never available for newer reps - continuous moving targets meaning during time off, your target would continue to grow, making time off extremely stressful

Pros

New things to work on constantly in finance, however with high management turnover things are always very interesting. Pay is at market

Cons

High management turnover, sometimes can be hectic

Great culture, still allows remote, great office spaces, tech forward for financial services.

Not high end of the pay scale but still competitive.
