good working Atmosphere, no work pressures, good pay, flexible office timings and in this company they are giving so meany trainings, ideas to develop our skills etc........

in this company hard workers no need to join if they join they will get bore and it i very small company of IT side

Flexible work schedule Good work/life balance (for most) Lots of vacation time Relatively stable - if you have a family and don't care about career development this place is for you!

Incompetent management Too many layers of management No career development No training Forget about promotions, they don't happen Constant cross-department conflict They won't fire incompetent workers for fear of being sued Often hire outside people at higher levels and higher pay rather than promote Lots of satisfaction surveys, but they never do anything with them They talk about "empowerment", but you have no power to do anything
