      Pros

      Great people, interesting product, patriotic company with a get-r-done attitude. Family type, close and friendly, operation in that the people enjoy working together.

      Cons

      Tough customer, high quality product with low turn over rate. Limited customer base meaning that the money dries up till new products are required.

      Good money if you are willing to travel, great people, a lot of freedom as far as your work process goes, not a stiff and formal place.

      Cons

      A lot of hiring then laying off depending on contracts it can make a steady career hard to achieve.
