Professional , Experienced, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Great Bennifets, Longevity.

Cons

From a Level 1 Operator entry level perspective only: Diverse collection of co-workers from all walks of life. Civilian, and a large group of former military employees. Mixing them together made it difficult to function as a cohesive team due to values being misaligned.
