Pros

Typical benefits of large enterprise. They do try to improve all the time. They were also very patient with me, a career changer with no experience in the field. I wouldn't say that's the norm, but I guess I got lucky.

Cons

old, dated tech stack. Bureaucratic corporate stuff.
