      You can choose your own schedule, and going below the 10 hour minimum rarely faces genuine consequences. So it's chill and easygoing, nice as a side gig. Occasional pay bonuses for meeting weekly hour quotas.

      Cons

      No pay rises. Pays well below even fast food chains. $11/hour after tax.
