Only very few departments have good incentives. Basic Salary is very low. So you are always pressured to earn incentives.

Cons

Brainless People are being promoted because the seniors are insecure and don't want any competition. Girls will be treated like objects. Being a boy or a girl, if you raise your voice for basics, you will be judged more and will be harassed mentally. They will force you to play office politics and if you dont then, they will start poking you even for as basic as going on a break (I KNOW ALL THE DEPARTMENTS). No point in promotion, as then you will be earning less than agents in sales and then have to play more cheap politics. So, if you want quick money, a cheap college-like experience, go here. Even if you have a bit of self-respect don't. Have worked here for years, been the best performer. Still, that's my review. They kick you around like karamcharis on dehadi. No respect for their own veteran employees.
