      - great environment - helpful and resoucerful about all the requests - a lot of chances to grow skills and acquire new ones

      Cons

      - internal positions are opening slowly and it's difficult to get the one you want - no way to get hybrid working (wfh+office)

      In huge company you feel like number, pros are only because every colleague feels the same and I was able to stay in touch with "those numbers"

      Cons

      Target reach is most important and everything spins around stats, salary is minimal and we all know, for CS roles (and stats) you are frontline puppet who deals with everything, 10.20eur per hour is below low, for mental energy you leave on every call, every email..
