      Nothing really, unfortunately. I wish I could say more.

      Cons

      Very low salary, no benefits whatsoever, micromanagement, disorganization, lack of professionalism, high target, daily pressure meetings about quality and targets.

      Great time at Telus International, but...

      Pros

      In simple words, it is an amazing place to be, greatenviroment, benefits, insurance and general life/work balance

      Cons

      However, as you climb the promotion ladder, things start to get bad... Moved from Tech Support to a Team Leader position only to be removed within 1 month, no explanations given. Times as a mere peasant within the company were better for sure. One simple advice: Don't grow, you'll regret it.

      Pros

      Very understandable staff, good bonuses and discounts, not stressful at all and I can safely say that this is the "Best employeer" I have ever had.

      Cons

      The parking is limited (although there are very convenient public transportation services near the office)
