People (although selectively) are the only the good thing about this place

I heard and then started seeing how bad the operation managers were. Team Managers were even worse. There is no visible leadership, no proper resolutions to issues, always something new to worry about as agents everyday. KPIs were unrealistic with how broken the system was, it was basically a factory and we were all simply numbers
