      Great colleagues and WFH possibility on the project I was allocated to

      Micromanaging, you can't even go to the bathroom without the PC getting into an idle status that you must recover every time. Salary payment could be better Projects can end at any time, even though they offer a permanent contract if you find yourself in such situation, they will make you leave by any means so that they won't have to pay you.
