      Flexible work schedule, work from home

      Cons

      Minimum wages, very basic work, work/tasks not always available, questionable rating criteria structure given the ambiguity of many tasks. The work isnt as black and white as they seem to view it. Training/support materials follow this same trend, not wide ranging and from one person's perspective, no helpful guidance on the many edge cases you could find in your task queue.
