Flexible work culture with hybrid setup; office presence in 5 different cities in India Noida, Gurgaon, BLR, HYD & Ahmedabad. 3.Active Acquisition strtaegy- recent acquisitions like Willowtree have brough in high quality talent and capabilities. 4. Leadership is forward-looking & focused on scaling services, innovation and market positioning. 5.Clear long term vision to become a leading digital transformation and AI-driven services company. 6. Great work life balance.

      1. Some internal processes are still evolving and feel outdated - there is a need for modernization in tools, platforms, ways of working. 2. Frequent acquisition and ongoing integration efforts lead to ambiguity. 3.Work environment feels a bit unstructured, operations not streamlined.

      Company fires you without any specific reason even when you are getting positive feedbacks and appreciations. No transparency when they ask you to leave. Company don't even bother to shift you to another project Project gone = You are done Interview process is long, probably 5-6 rounds IT department is hell. God help you of you're working from home
