Pros
* You got a paycheck every two weeks * The immediate coworkers were mostly good to interact with and willing to help
Cons
* The company has been over time letting people go and outsourcing their jobs to Indians overseas, or simply not hiring anyone else and expecting the team to pick up the slack * The company is actively violating HIPAA by allowing outsourced Indian employees to answer calls and process personally sensitive client health information * Management is out of touch, delusional, and sociopathic in how they operate - they do not care about anyone’s well being despite what the company preaches in terms of its “values” * The company is so unorganized in every aspect that it is to the detriment of everyone who works there — you will never have access to proper resources, training, and support when you need it most * The internal IT team was outsourced to India and (like with all outsourced employees) entirely unqualified and incompetent at their job, requiring their mistakes to be corrected by competent employees and causing inefficiency and wasted money for the company. Don’t worry though, if you ever happen to make a mistake on occasion you’ll be punished for it unfairly, whereas outsourced employees will get a slap on the wrist at best and never be punished (in fact, they’ll likely be promoted) * There are no consistent policies or processes that the company can ever adhere to — these change on a whim almost every other day, and they are not easily documented or accessible to you meaning you will be left scrambling to figure out what has changed or what the correct current processes are * The amount of pay and benefits in exchange for the ridiculous workload expected of you is insulting
