If you move up they drown you with work that isn’t worth the raise. They also change work structure often Manager also are very strict WITH EVERYTHING doesn’t matter how small or even if something could not have been avoided they act as if they know everything because of their kpi tracking tools but they break and systems break often - so it sets un realistic expectations for team members that I had to communicate but no one listened or seemed to care

You don't learn anything in this job, it's just an empty experience on your CV as you just work as a robot literally only using 1 tool and your email. The company atmosphere is horrible , yes the coworkers are great but there's so many ridiculous rules: you have to put your phone in a locker before entering the work floor, you can't use cutlery at your desk etc and communication from management is very poor.
